Shoplunas Return Policy

We’re sorry your order didn’t work out! If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re here to make it right. Please review our return policy below.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Returns without original packaging or with signs of wear may not be accepted.


 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Beauty & skincare products
  • Underwear, bodysuits, swimwear
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

 Return Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

 How to Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item to the address we provide within 7 days after approval.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Shoplunas is not responsible for lost return packages.


 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.

 Important Notes

  • Unauthorized returns without contacting us first may not be processed.
  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
